Session 1 (after deliverables): A lunch and learn with your team, followed by a half-day of shadowing day of service procedures. This session provides an opportunity for your staff to learn workflow and operational efficiency in real time.
Session 2 (after day 60): One-on-one time with administrative experts who have directly worked with airway practices, focusing on tailored support for your team. We guide you through building efficient systems, workflows, and operational strategies while shadowing your scheduled patients for the day.
Note: The on-site consultation focuses on logistics, patient flow, and operational efficiency. Our team does not provide clinical guidance, laser training, or procedure-specific recommendations.
5. Virtual Strategy Sessions
Three 1-Hour Virtual Strategy Sessions:

Due at the time of contract signing to initiate services.
